WanTopup focuses on package registration and digital services. A physical-goods returns process generally does not apply because registration does not involve parcel delivery.
2. Issues After Registration
If registration was not activated as agreed, an incorrect amount was charged or the agreed service was not supplied, contact support. Refund requests will be assessed under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer rights.
3. External Provider Products
Digital products purchased or processed directly by another platform may be subject to that provider’s terms, to the extent permitted by law.
