Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

WanTopup may be used only to browse information, register packages and carry out lawful activities supported by the platform.

2. Prohibited Activity

The following is prohibited:

• Scams, phishing, impersonation, false identities or forged payment evidence.
• Spam, automated attacks, security probing, unauthorised access or exploitation of systems.
• Abuse of referrals, promotions, accounts or registration flows for improper gain.
• Illegal products, unlawful transactions or other conduct prohibited by applicable law.

3. Account Security

Never disclose OTPs, passwords or confidential customer details. Users are responsible for handling customer information only for authorised purposes.

4. Branding and Claims

You must not falsely claim to represent WANFAR MEDIA or OTA MY or make misleading promises about commission, pricing or transaction status.

5. Enforcement

WanTopup may restrict access or hold applications where there is credible evidence of misuse, and cooperate with law enforcement where legally required. Responses will be proportionate to the circumstances.
