WANFAR MEDIA operates the WanTopup website and handles personal data submitted for its registration, payment support and customer service activities. OTA MY SDN. BHD. is a separate entity. Where information is used to register for or access OTA MY services, OTA MY may handle it under its own privacy notice.

2. Personal Data We May Collect

Depending on your interactions, we may collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, selected package, payment status and reference, support messages, IP address, browser information and security logs. We do not ask for your OTP or password as part of customer support.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Process Agent, Dealer and Master registrations and contact applicants.
• Verify transactions and respond to payment disputes or refund requests.
• Provide support, prevent fraud and protect website security.
