2. Registration and User Information
You must provide accurate, current information, including your name, phone number and email. Review your details before submitting a form. An existing phone number may require additional checks. Please verify earlier registration and payment records before making another payment.
3. Packages, Fees and Transaction Capital
Current registration fees and package benefits are displayed before you confirm your request. Registration fees are separate from transaction capital. Profit rates, network operators, products and services may change according to the relevant provider. No income, commission volume or sales result is guaranteed.
4. Payment and Confirmation
Use only the official payment methods displayed by WanTopup. Keep your payment reference or receipt. If a payment is pending, fails or appears to be duplicated, contact official support to check the earlier transaction before making another payment.
5. Digital and Third-Party Services
Prepaid reloads, mobile data, postpaid bills, utility bills, game PINs and digital vouchers depend on the relevant provider’s catalogue and operating systems. Processing time, availability and restrictions may vary.
6. Acceptable and Secure Use
Do not provide false identities, misuse the platform, attempt scams, access another person’s account or disclose your OTP/password. WanTopup may review suspicious activity and take lawful and proportionate action.
7. Service Availability and Liability
We take reasonable steps to keep information accurate and the website available. Network outages, maintenance and third-party interruptions may still occur. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Malaysian law.
8. Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated when services, systems or applicable legal requirements change. New fees or conditions do not automatically remove rights arising from an earlier confirmed transaction.
