WanTopup does not permit registrations or payments to be used for money laundering, illegal financing, fraud or transactions involving false identities.
2. Reasonable Checks
Where there are indicators of fraud or suspicious payments, we may request relevant transaction evidence or identity checks, temporarily hold processing or refer a matter to the payment service provider.
3. User Protection
Do not disclose OTPs, passwords, full payment card numbers or other sensitive information to unverified individuals. Use only official WanTopup pages and support channels.
4. Lawful Requests
We will cooperate with valid requests and obligations applicable under Malaysian law.
5. Scope of This Policy
This is a fraud prevention statement for our website. It does not imply that WANFAR MEDIA or WanTopup is necessarily a reporting institution under Malaysia’s Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA).
